Return Policy

Return for refund within: 30 days

Merchandise under this Standard Return Policy may be returned within 30 days of the original ship date for a refund. All returns require an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) number.

Please contact us for an RMA number at 844.562.4900.

All items returned for a refund are subject to a 25% restocking fee. Many manufacturers offer additional factory coverage. With regard to such, you should contact the manufacturer of your item directly for information regarding eligibility and specific Terms and Conditions.

Procedure for returns:

25% product restock charge within 30 days of ship date
Printer, media and all cords & ancillary items, including packing and the original printer box must be returned in an overpack box in order to be eligible for refund less 25% within 30 day timeframe.
Forms, Supplies: please return in original carton
Returns: shipped at Customer's expense
Refunds/Restock fee eligibility is subject to condition of returned product. Pack it carefully!
